DETARN-L is a versatile liquid product used for presoaking silver and stainless steel flatware. The product effectively softens and "wets-out" difficult food films and residues on utensils.

A balanced alkaline detergent neutralizes food acids avoiding pitting and corrosion of stainless surfaces while halting any corrosion already present.

The synthetic surfactants penetrate and soften dried food residues and "wet-out" stains so they can be completely removed in a single pass through the dish machine.

Product will also detarnish silver in warm water without silver loss, leaving no sensitized surface to re-stain. Electrolytic action chemically returns silver to its untarnished state without losing any silver.
